Barcelona La Merce 2016 Giants parade.

Every year from 1871, Barcelona celebrates the feast day of Our Lady Of Mercy.

This year's celebration was supposed to be the least fancy.

Nevertheless, if you plan to visit Barcelona city, have in mind that the actual feast day is 24 September.



This year among other things, 
we had the chance to visit the 36th edition of Catalan and Wine Festival.


At the park along Arc De Triomph you could buy credits and taste the wine you wish.


The Giants parade is a major event you don't want to miss!


4 meters "Giants" guided  by humans parade along the main streets.


 Perhaps the most awaited event is the Pyrotechnics show.


At the Magic Fountain of Montjuic we witnessed about 30 minutes of spectacular fireworks!
