The Palace of Galerius

Stretching from Gounari Street to Navarinon Square, this sprawling palace was constructed during the late 3rd century AD and served as the official residence of Emperor Galerius. You can admire most of the area for free, walking around the surrounding pedestrian area 24/7. If you want a closer look you can from 08:30 to 15:30 and the ticket costs 4 euros.

Another option to consider, is a combined ticket at 15 euros, for a three-day period, which includes visits to all the above, plus the White Tower and the Archaeological and Byzantine Culture Museums.
