The museum complex covers 1,000 m2 of water powered mills and machinery.

 

Stone houses include

flourmill

gunpowder mill

still for tsipouro production.

 

The gunpowder mills provided ammunition during the 1821 Greek War of Independence.

 

Tannery workshop illustrates with photos and equipment the different stages of animal hides processing.

 

Children can safely participate in the process during the tour, or interact on workshops.

 

You can hike in the Loussios Gorge, following a descending path.
